Our Founder

Clarence Howell III

Clarence Howell III is a problem solver, connector and change agent. Clarence has been recognized for his ability to build cohesive teams and to deliver enterprise level change. He blends continuous improvement methodologies, systems thinking and a diverse understanding of people to teach organizations how to build cultures of excellence. Clarence brings lived experiences from the distribution industry, the energy sector, the service industry and non-profit spaces to teach business leaders and Entrepreneurs how Lean and Six Sigma can help them to build businesses that thrive.

 

 

 

 

Clarence leverages hands-on experience in operations management, business transformation, team and culture building, business analytics, people empowerment, data architecture, strategic planning and operational excellence to teach, coach and empower business leaders. Clarence has earned certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Champion specializing in training business leaders to support improvement cultures. Clarence was also certified as a Trainer through the Training within Industry (TWI) Institute. Clarence is a recognized Continuous Improvement Expert in the virtual networking and social capital community of Wokanda. Clarence loves helping others and serves in many volunteer roles. He is the Co-Founder of Push-Ups, Planks & Prayer, a community building project. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Vallourec Employees Disaster Recovery Fund, as a planning committee member for the Hope in Him Project and as a volunteer with Spindletop Charities. Clarence dreams of a more inclusive and equitable society for everyone. Where every person has access to a top tier education, equitable healthcare, holistic well-being, purpose and joy. Clarence believes that it is our duty to make the world we live in a better place for everyone and the power of love is the only force powerful enough to bring this vision to life.
